  Are you working with or without a Wedding Planner?  Either way is great with us!  If you have a planner, we can work with them on details for the reception.  If you don't have a planner, then it's time for us to help with a beautiful and stress-free reception and celebration!

Reception & Celebration
  You have everything you need for the wedding, now let us help with the reception and celebration.  You will be getting beautiful and married. 
 
Ways that we can help the bride accomplish her stress-free attitude are:
  • Decorate the reception area (you or I can purchase supplies like decorations, table coverings, candles, snacks and personalized thank you items for the tables.)
  • Be available to let vendors into reception area to set-up and get ready
  • Assemble decorations, thank you gifts and gifts for guests
  • Guest greeting and assistance with seating and questions
  • Be a go-between with the bridal party and the dj to coordinate the special dances and events during reception
  • Assist with clean-up of reception area
  • Decorate the honeymoon suite during the event so that it is ready when the bride and groom are ready to retire and start their new life together (lighting candles, laying rose petals, setting out champaigne, etc.)
  • Any other ideas that would assist the bride and her family to create an occasion that is always memorable
